For the past 20 years, Exaka Consulting has been supporting its key account customers in their digital transformation and system transformation in product mode.

This product mode, coupled with the Devops culture, enables us to bring value to our customers more quickly, by accelerating delivery times. Tools such as Gitlab-CI or Github action automate the delivery chain. In terms of product backlog management, the Kanban method is well suited to Devops.
